The name PEMA has stood for flexible packaging solutions for years. PEMA offers a comprehensive program around the topic of bags, has production facilities in Germany and abroad and currently employs about 40 people. We spoke with Mr. Hermann Schröder, financial accountant of PEMA GmbH, about his experiences with SelectLine.

VIEBROCK: Mr Schröder, let’s take a look back at what was the initial situation and what was your initial objective when you were interested in SelectLine?

H. Schröder: The vendor of the inventory management we used stopped working, so we were looking for a program that would fit in with our company.

VIEBROCK: How did you proceed at the moment?

H. Schröder: We tried different systems and found in SelectLine a program that is geared to our activities and products. The employees opted for the SelectLine merchandise management program because of the simple, fast and clear handling. For us other programs did not come into play, as they are much more expensive.

VIEBROCK: What concrete improvements have resulted from the purchase of SelectLine for you?

H. Schröder: With SelectLine, processes have become simpler and more transparent. We can work faster and more clearly, saving time and certainly costs.

VIEBROCK: How do you rate the cooperation with VIEBROCK, is there something you particularly appreciate about us?
