Order Management

The entire process of order processing is supported: From the processing of inquiries or the preparation of offers to order processing and production or order compilation, shipping and final invoicing.

All forms of business processes can be mapped, e.g. Forward orders from the warehouse, service orders, project orders, drop shipping or cash sales. Billing can be done in different ways, for example as a cash bill, credit bill, down payment or advance payment.

Dispatching and purchasing

The functions in purchasing increase transparency and also enable automation of procurement (disposition), securing of delivery dates, simplification of the procurement process and reduction of processing costs.
